Once the body has the right fuel mixture it can start to perform at optimum performance subject to the limits of the body. By using a balanced exercise program in conjunction with nutrition we can start to build a healthy body.

 

Fitness can be measured in many different ways. Areas could include areas such as flexibility, increasing bone density, reducing blood pressure, increasing muscular endurance for say running and many more. Every one has different goals in life. Everyone is different.

 

Personal Training

 

A personal trainer can optimise a fitness program to suit the individual client.

Its always important to add variety to any exercise program as the body will become used to it and benefits will start to diminish.

Any session whether its taking part in a Spinning®  class or going for a run or even using equipment in a gym should start with a warm-up and finish with an appropriate cool-down to keep the body running at optimum performance.

This helps to greatly reduce any injuries or any other health related problem.

 

NEVER commence any form of exercise if you feel unwell or tired or not eaten properly beforehand. You are much more likely to cause injury to yourself.

 

NEVER exercise straight after eating a meal. The body can’t digest large amounts of food and exercise at the same time. Your likely to make yourself sick.
